New Nurse – Elaine Wilcock

The nurse is available for chronic disease reviews, travel advice, childhood immunisations, diet and weight advice, etc.

She works Wednesday to Friday and you can make an appointment for her over the phone or by popping in to the surgery.

New Health Care Assistant - Doreen Boydell

Here to perform venepuncture, blood pressure checks, flu, pneumonia and B12 vacc and immunisations. Diabetic foot checks and helps the practice nurse.

Polish Speaking Doctor - Dr Peter Poliszczuk who is helping out on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays

We also have a Polish Speaking Receptionist who works different hours Mon - Fri

Social Prescriber Link - Zoe Starling

Zoe is a link to patients with non-medical support, such as day centres, charities or community groups, working in the community to improve their wellbeing and tackle social isolation.  If you feel you need any help from Zoe, please contact the surgery and a member of staff will help you link up with her.

Missed appointments

Can we please ask all patients to attend their appointments, if you cannot attend please contact the surgery as soon as possible so that the appointment could be offered to someone else.

In the last month we have had 84 people not attend their appointment.  improvement on the end of last year but we would still like to improve on this figure.

You would have to pay the following for tests and treatment if we did not have the NHS.
