We have 3 new members of staff in the surgery as follows:

New Practice Manager – Vikki Gilligan

The practice manager is available to assist with non-medical issues regarding the practice and to receive any suggestions or complaints regarding the practice.

If you would like to speak with Vikki, please speak to the reception staff for advice.

New Practice Nurse – Jenny Schofield

The practice nurse is available for blood tests, bp, vaccinations and chronic disease reviews.

She works Monday to Friday and you can make an appointment for her over the phone or by popping in to the surgery.

Receptionist – Anna Zaras

Anna works most days on Reception and some administrative work for the surgery.

Dementia Clinic

We have a dementia clinic held in the surgery once a month.  This is for both carers and patients suffering with dementia.  If you are interested in booking for yourself or someone you are caring for, please contact the surgery for more information.

Missed appointments

Can we please ask all patients to attend their appointments, if you cannot attend please contact the surgery as soon as possible so that the appointment could be offered to someone else.

In the last month we have had 84 people not attend their appointment.  improvement on the end of last year but we would still like to improve on this figure.
